Time and the Rani

Still unstable from his regeneration at the end of the trial, the Doctor is deceived by the Rani into believing she is his companion, and she tricks him into helping her build a powerful new weapon. Meanwhile, Mel is on the run and befriends the meek enslaved population of the planet on which the Rani is making the Doctor work for her.

Paradise Towers

The Doctor and Mel land in a giant tower block now in a degenerate state of decay, with it's inhabitants grouped into warring factions. The whole is presided over by a megalomanic caretaker, who seeks the destruction of all the inhabitants. Can the Doctor persuade the factions to unite against the common enemy and his killing machines?

Delta and the Bannermen

The Doctor and Mel encounter a space craft that looks like a 1950s bus, which is taking tourists to visit Disneyland. Unfortunately, the Chimeron Queen Delta is on board the bus, escaping from a band of murderous mercenaries (the Bannermen) who were hired to destroy the Chimeron race. After a Bannerman attack on the space bus, it crash lands in a South Wales holiday camp called Shangri-La. After Delta escapes, the Bannermen attack again, killing all the tourists. Can the Doctor save her with the aid of a young mechanic, a local bee keeper and 2 US secret service agents?


The Doctor and Mel arrive on Ice World, a deep space trading post and are reunited with Sabbalom Glitz who joins them in search of the mythical Dragon. Mel befriends a waitress called Ace who is rather keen on explosives. The Doctor finds the Dragon and collects the power crystal from it, but is forced to give it to the crazed ruler of Ice World, Kane, in order to save Ace's life.

Remembrance of the Daleks

The Doctor and Ace return to the England of 1963, the same time as the Doctor and Susan used to live in a scrap yard in Totters Lane. Returning to the school where Susan studies, the Doctor discovers that all is not as it should be. It soon becomes clear that a war between two Dalek factions is being fought, while they both seek a device the Doctor had hidden on Earth on his last visit.

The Happiness Patrol

Behind a forced exterior of happiness, a planet is ruled by a ruthless leader and an evil entity known only as the Candy Man who carries out bizarre and lethal experiments on the citizens. Can the Doctor and Ace uncover what is going on and put a stop to it before they too are captured?

Silver Nemesis

The Doctor is once again faced with protecting Earth from an attack, this time from the Cybermen who are amongst those seeking a powerful living metal entity that the Doctor dispatched into Space during a visit to the 16th Century and is now returning.

The Greatest Show in the Galaxy

The Doctor and Ace discover a Circus in which all is not as it seems. Can they help the innocents trapped by the deadly robotic clowns escape from a fatal trip to the circus ring? What is the secret of the family of three who are the only audience?

The Doctor and Ace arrive near the site of an archeological dig to discover strange goings on that have already attracted the attentions of UNIT, now commanded by Brigadier Winifred Bambera. Soon a battle between the mythological characters of Arthurian legend is raging, but why do they all refer to the Doctor as Merlin?

Ghost Light

Travelling back in time to Victorian England, Ace and the Doctor visit a house that Ace knew throughout her childhood as a haunted and frightening derelict. But what are the mysterious powers that have a grip on the people who live there, and what is the secret being hidden in the basement?

The Curse of Fenric

A small coastal village in wartime England is the setting. A historian discovers that an ancient curse has unleashed the Wolves of Fenric, and a number of the local residents have become Vampires. During their investigations they make some disturbing discoveries about Ace's past.


The Doctor and Ace return to Ace's old home, Perivale, where mysterious disappearances lead to the discovery of a race of catlike beings who can travel between dimensions. The Doctor fights to save Ace, who has been drawn into their web, and discovers that his old adversary the Master, is already trapped.

The Rani has captured a massive time tunnel in space and is using it to trap all of the Doctor's previous regenerations. With the first two Doctors already trapped, the Doctor and Ace must summon the help of the remaining four doctors in an attempt to stop the Rani, but, can they do it in time?
